We’re committed to producing the highest quality tubing.  To do this, we use a calibration program on all quality testing equipment.  And along with routine on-the-mill-inspection, we inspect and test a sample from each heat in one of our three Quality Assurance Labs.

We’re equipped to perform a variety of in-house testing, including:

• Tensile, Yield and Elongation Testing
• Wall to Wall Flattening
• Flare Testing
• Rockwell Hardness Testing
• Micro Analysis

We’ll also work with independent laboratories to conduct a variety of industry tests, including Charpy Impact Testing and Drop Weight Tear Testing.
